Abstract

The article offers the author's insights on the advantages of online surveys including the elimination of interviewer bias, manual data entry, and keypunch errors. The author discusses the B-to-B survey in the high-tech sector and the added questions to the survey for the assurance of data quality. He mentions the inevitability for one's individual the need to find ways to study the customer. He adds that the social media is a cultural force which pervading all aspects of one's life.
